Refund Policy

There is no fee required at the time of submission. Manuscripts are reviewed without any initial charge. -
Article Processing Fee After Acceptance
The article processing fee is payable only after acceptance of the manuscript for publication. -
Non-Refundable Processing Fee
Once the article processing fee has been received and the publication process has begun, it is non-refundable. -
Overpayment Refunds
In the event of an overpayment, we will refund the excess amount within 30 business days after identification or upon receiving valid proof of the overpayment.

APC Discount Policy for Authors from Least Developed Countries (LDCs)
In alignment with our commitment to equitable access to publishing opportunities, we are pleased to offer a 50% discount on Article Processing Charges (APCs) to authors affiliated with institutions located in countries classified as Least Developed Countries (LDCs) by the United Nations.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this APC discount, the following conditions must be met:

Primary Affiliation in an LDC
All contributing authors must be primarily affiliated with academic or research institutions situated within the recognized list of LDCs at the time of manuscript acceptance/publication. -
Verification of Affiliation
Authors are required to submit documentary proof of their affiliation through one or more of the following:-
Institutional email address ending in a domain specific to an LDC-based institution.

A formal letter of affiliation on institutional letterhead.

A valid institutional ID card indicating the author’s name and institutional affiliation.

Consistency Across Co-Authors
The discount is only applicable if all co-authors listed on the manuscript satisfy the primary affiliation requirement in an eligible LDC. Mixed affiliations (e.g., some authors from non-LDCs) will render the manuscript ineligible for the discount.

The following countries are currently designated as Least Developed Countries by the United Nations and are eligible under this policy:

How to Apply
Eligible authors should indicate their intent to claim the LDC discount at the time of manuscript submission. Required documentation must be submitted alongside the manuscript or upon acceptance. The editorial team will review and confirm eligibility before the final invoice is issued.

We are pleased to announce a special publishing discount for the academic and research community for the year 2025. As part of our commitment to supporting and recognizing excellence in scholarly contributions, we are offering the following benefit:
Full Waiver of Article Processing Charges (APC) for research papers submitted and accepted in 2025, if the corresponding author is listed among the world’s top 2% most highly cited scientists (as per the most recent Stanford/Elsevier database or equivalent recognized citation index).
Eligibility Criteria:

The paper must be submitted between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.

The corresponding author must appear in the world’s top 2% most highly cited researchers list at the time of submission.

A valid citation ranking or recognition certificate (e.g., from Elsevier, Stanford, or Scopus database) must be provided as supporting documentation during the submission process.
